What Was So Special?
"I love working with children! The challenge is capturing that special look that says who the child really is. But it can be difficult making sure the background doesn't distract from the real 'heart' of the photograph - the child. Notice how the background is very soft, and her clothing picks up the tones in the background for good color harmony. That helps her to 'pop' out of the photograph."
